Exchange

We offer free exchanges within 28 days of receiving your order.

Refund

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Returns should be sent to our return address, which will be provided once your return request is approved. Return shipping costs for refunds are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please submit a return request and select “Defective/Damaged Item.” You will be asked to upload photos showing the issue.
Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. Customers have up to 30 days from the delivery date to report a defective item.

 

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible, items must be:

* Unused, unworn, and unwashed

* In the same condition as received

* With original tags and packaging attached

Returns sent without submitting a return request will not be processed.
